Drawing cake class with sifu Nina from Cybercakes, during the class i learned the method of drawing and the how to prepare the Italian Meringue Buttercream, which i could give 2 thumbs up. Memang best dan sedap. I will use this recipe for my cake/cupcakes order . The cream is not too sweet yet tasty...i like.
